Chronological tables are available on another page of this site: Chronological Tables.

Maps of the ancient world are available on our Maps Page. Heinrich Kiepert's maps are especially useful for Strabo's Geography.

E. H. Bunbury's two volume History of Ancient Geography among the Greeks and Romans (1883), is now available as .pdf downloads from our website: Volume I [32.5 MB]; Volume II (Strabo and others) [28 MB]. This important work contains a great deal more than information on geography, and makes an invaluable accompaniment to the historical sources.
